Caring for the land. Creating space for nature.
Oak Grove Meadows Foundation's vision brings together regenerative farming, wildlife conservation, and community learning on a 565-acre organic farm.
Why we exist
Our Mission
We believe healthy land supports healthy communities. The foundation exists to care for farmland in ways that restore soil, protect water, and give wildlife room to thrive.
Our vision is a working landscape where regenerative agriculture and conservation grow side by side, and where people can learn from the land.
The land
Land & Stewardship
The farm is managed organically, with a focus on regenerative practices that rebuild the land over time.
Organic and regenerative
Farming without synthetic inputs, using methods that return more to the land than they take.
Soil health
Cover crops, rotation, and minimal disturbance to keep soil living and resilient.
Native grasses
Native grasses that hold soil, filter water, and provide food and shelter.
Biodiversity
Wildlife & Biodiversity
Across the farm, we aim to leave space for the plants and animals that share it.
Habitat
Protecting meadows, woodland edges, and wet areas as places for wildlife to live.
Pollinators
Flowering plants that support bees, butterflies, and other pollinators through the season.
Hedgerows
Living corridors that connect habitat and give shelter to birds and small mammals.
Bird-friendly practices
Land care timed and planned with nesting and migrating birds in mind.
Looking ahead
